Description
at https://www.clarin.eu/clarin-eric-datatables/centres the Data Seal of Approval link should only be filled if a centre has achieved the DSA. If this is not the case, this column should be empty.

I would think it should be empty, as the other options (no seal or not certified) imply more than keeping the cell empty.

When you open https://centres.clarin.eu/api/model/Centre you see JSON file, where sometimes dsa_url is empty. I'll put in an extra check on this and leave Seal empty.

Certified centres are listed on https://www.clarin.eu/clarin-eric-datatables/centres/1, where "Seal" links to different URLs, like https://assessment.datasealofapproval.org/assessment_164/seal/html/ for Leipzig. Leipzig + Seal is correct on https://www.clarin.eu/clarin-eric-datatables/centres, but without a "Data Seal of Approval" "Seal" links incorrectly to www.clarin.eu. Text should be different, for example "No Seal", "Not certified" or simply empty.
