#817 closed defect (duplicate)

Unexpected expansion behaviour on multiple occurrences of the same record in a hierarchy tree

Reported by: Twan Goosen Owned by: Twan Goosen
Priority: minor Milestone: VLO-4.2 or later
Component: VLO web app Version:
Keywords: Cc: teckart@informatik.uni-leipzig.de

Description

If a sub-collection record appears multiple times in a hierarchy tree, expanding one instance while another is visible

To illustrate:

[-]X
 |_[+]A
 |_[+]B
 |_[-]C
   |_[+]B

Assuming all shown nodes are collections themselves, i.e. not leaves. Note that "B" occurs two times, as it is a child of both 'X' and X's child 'C'. Expanding the second "B" node
(clicking the [+]) will actually expand the first.

For an actual example currently in the VLO, see the record "Tobias Hundt" from IDS
