Add "keyword" concept to VLO facet mapping

Technically, the VLO does not treat expired concepts any different from other concepts (in fact it only uses the URI as an identifier, which can be any URI). We don't really have a policy (yet) as to whether we should include expired concepts in our mapping or not. In principal we want to achieve the best possible mapping, even for 'legacy' metadata so I don't think there is a strong objection to including expired concepts in our mapping. However in this I think there is a suitable non-expired alternative that you can use for your metadata: I did a quick search and found <​http://hdl.handle.net/11459/CCR_C-278_336dd81a-626b-713e-c74a-34fa2ca26a71> which is not expired and apart from that essentially a duplicate of former "datcat 6013". Interestingly it is not included in the VLO's mapping yet but I see no reason not to add it :)

So my proposal would be that, if feasible, you change the concept you are using to this non-expired version (let me know if you need help changing anything in the component registry) and we add this concept to the VLO mapping.
