Description
(probably a regression after updating some drupal modules)
There used to be the possibility to have full-day events (content type: event). This is no longer possible.

Fixed:
enabled date_all_day module + date_popup
https://www.clarin.eu/admin/structure/types/manage/event/fields/field_date -> more settings -> Date entry -> all day checkbox
