Description
There is a whole list of Drupal redirects at https://www.clarin.eu/admin/config/search/redirect
This probably slows down Drupal in the order of the number of redirects.
Some are related to file attachments and usernames, do they need to be kept?

Needs manual inspection. Most redirects are there for a good reason: either the title of a node changed (and so whas the autopath-generated URL), or a URL (eg to an attachment or user account) was actively used in earlier releases of the website. And thus maybe cited. Unless there is hard evidence this is threatening the performance of the site I would be very careful to remove redirects.
