Description
As I understand discovery in FCS means querying an endpoint for its capabilities.
How and where does a researcher find endpoints?
Can a researcher look for endpoints with certain capabilities?

Actually, the CLARIN FCS Aggregator provides a web interface to query the endpoints and also queries the endpoints for their capabilities.
The Aggregator is currently availabe from:
and a new FCS 2.0 Beta:
In the future, it will be made available from a clarin.eu address.
