The React (Javascript) front end introduced for Component Registry version 2.x can be found on GitHub project ​component-registry-front-end. It is documented in depth in the project ​README and its ​its wiki pages.

There is a Docker image project ​docker-component-registry-front-end which compiles the front end as part of its build process, and builds an image that provides a fully functional nginx instance that serves the front end content (compiled Javascript, HTML page, CSS and other dependencies) and optionally also proxies the back end (see ComponentRegistryRest) to avoid cross-origin issues.
