• think about your own (institute's) practices, and/or good/bad practices you see in current CMDI usage within CLARIN
• suggest best practices by adding them to the ​draft
• comment on already suggested best practices

• discussion on suggested best practices
• discussion on the structure of the document
• planning of a next version
• plans for the curation module or how to use it to meet the CMDI best practices requirements

Notes

• discussed the best practices suggested in the Modelling Component Metadata section
• structure of the draft is considered sound, added a section on Conversion
• plan:
  • this week (- 20/1/2017) accept changes in the Modelling Component Metadata section
  • editors of subsections in the Modelling Component Metadata section will work on prose/itemized descriptions of the suggested best practices
  • all can still add best practices suggestions/comments to the other sections
  • next meeting to take place in the week of 13/2/2017 (​doodle)
