Timeplan

Validation. Integrate in current tool. Details when tool is available. standard client beginning November. Client library preview at same time as aggregator preview to give more time for end-point implementations after Nov 30.

• Suggestions for shaping period? Things might be dropped even if available during shaping period.

Annual conference TF-meetup

Who will attend? About 6-7 persons.

Minor release of Aggregator next week

• Clarin-DE's embedded problem with corpus selection.
• Hide empty results, make it robust on aggregator side. See how to improve client-aggregator contract later on.
• This can be deployed Monday or Friday, according to Emanuel. (Friday is better for Leif-Jöran due to workshops Mon-Tue (and Friday)).

Did it work out with Adobe connect (AC)?

• Doodle works fine

Decision: We will continue with connnect and Doodles will continue to be sent for framing each meeting time.
