Result

Accepted, with the rephrasing suggested by Dan Zeman (CZ): "Consider rephrasing the rules to avoid misunderstanding. Currently (at min 3 places): "If 80% of the coordinators voted, and 70% of them agree the vote is final" ==> BETTER ==> "If 80% of the coordinators voted, and 70% of those who voted agree, the vote is final". If the total number of coordinators is 10, the reading that I think is intended means that at least 8 must vote, and if only 8 vote, then 6 (>=5.6) must agree. But the current rule can in theory be understood so that 8 must vote and 7 must agree."
