• {Thomas, Susanne, Twan} Further evaluation of proposed ​GitBook alternatives (HackMD, StackEdit, new version of GitBook)
• {Menzo} priority of C13 and C14 has to be aligned (both high), Menzo will take care of this and add some text to indicate that missing concepts should be requested (see ​#24)

  • This branch has all TODOs and notes removed so is ahead of our draft

• The new GitBook looks a bit nicer in terms of usability but is lacking in features
  • For the next meeting we will try out
    • Overleaf v2 (Alex)
    • Readthedocs.io, possibly combined with StackEdit (Twan)
    • HackMD (Susanne)

• Recommendations/general info
  • Hanna, Felix and Twan submitted an abstract for the annual conference that is partially based in the general info analysis work and incorporates ​BLAM
  • Hanna: interoperability aspect is very important
    • To be decided: which standards are relevant, which fields are to be included to achieve acceptable interoperability, which tools to support...
    • People's expertise and experience regarding various standards should be taken into account
    • But we be careful not to open this up for everybody too soon
    • Hanna will make a basic draft for a proposal to work this out in further detail. Additional collaborators are to be found/selected. We would like to keep Felix involved if he can be (and we concluded that he is CLARIN one way or another).

• Common approaches subsections
  • ​#13 Common use cases (Susanne): perhaps better as a separate document or at least appendix. Topics could include wordnets, treebanks, language documentation, newspaper, cultural heritage resources....
  • ​#14 Dealing with uncertainty (Menzo): content is ready to be merged into primary version
  • ​#21 Modelling for metadata conversion (Susanne): content to be reviewed before merging
  • ​#23 Optimise for discoverability (Twan): still work in progress

• Other open change requests
  • ​#25 can be merged into primary version
  • ​#20 was closed (already covered by 25)
  • ​#17 was closed (already covered by 25)
  • ​#22 was reformulated, can be merged into primary version
  • ​#15 already sufficiently covered by C1, was closed

• Open discussions
  • All open discussions (​#9, ​#19 and ​#24) were closed because they were either covered by a change request or obsolete.

  • Next meeting is a face to face meeting at the centre meeting (day 2) in Utrecht
